Utah CPA CPE requirementsTo maintain an active CPA license in Utah, certified public accountants have to fulfill the CPE requirement on a biannual basis.

Utah CPA CPE Requirements

The CPE credits have to be accumulated and 80 hours of continuing education by the end of the 2-year reporting period, which is Dec 31 of odd-numbered years. The CPE must be reported to the state board by Jan 31 of the following year.

Specific Requirements

  • Carry forwards are allowed to next reporting year, up to 40 CPE hours
