New Hampshire CPA CPE requirementsTo maintain an active CPA license in New Hampshire, certified public accountants have to fulfill a CPE requirement every 2 years (if you have a 2-year license) or every 3 years (if you have a 3-year license).

New Hampshire CPA CPE Requirements

The CPE credits have to be accumulated and 120 hours of continuing education by the end of the reporting period (ending June 30) if you have a 3-year license (issued before February 22, 2023) or 80 hours if you have a 2-year license.

Specific Requirements

  • You must complete at least 20 hours or CPE every year.
  • You also need 4 hours of CPA CPE ethics.
  • Carryovers are permitted to the next reporting cycle.
