International Education Research Foundation (IERF) was established in 1969 as a non-profit organization and is the first private evaluation agency in the United States. The organization has processed more than 500,000 evaluation.
IERF is one of the founding members of NACES.

Submission Details
- Original copy of academic records and professional certifications
- Original documents (including translations) must be accompanied by clear, legible and full-sized photocopies (front and back). Otherwise, you will be assessed a $20 fee
- Translations must be submitted for all records not officially issued in English
- Please remember to check the country specific requirements
Notes To Candidates From IERF
It is essential that the evaluation is done off original documents. This is a board requirement for licensure. Applicants are advised to use secure mailing to submit their documents. Alternatively, they can arrange to have their institution of study send in official certified copies directly to our office.

- $185 for the detail report with course level identification, which I believe is the one required for most state boards
- There are 24-hour, 5-day and 10-day rush service available, with additional fee ranging from $60 to $200.

- Check, cashier’s check, money order or credit card
- Overseas payments must be in US dollars and drawn on a United States bank. If payment is being made by a bank draft, an additional $15 processing fee is required.
